2 – In this edition there will be four official departures (8:50 – 9:00 – 9:04 – 9:10). Get to your locker in time, as the access doors will be closed 15 minutes before departure time.

3 – In order for your time to be correctly recorded, the chip must be attached to your groin. Remember that you will have to return the chip to the volunteers once the race is over.

4 – Don’t go out to the maximum, use your strength for the whole route. It is necessary to perform the race in one constant rhythm.

5 – It is essential to drink water, before, during and after the race. For this reason, we will have two refreshment points at your disposal.

6 – Arrive at the Vueling Cursa Bombers Barcelona with sufficient rest. Not to train more in the days before the race you will get a better mark, the key to success is consistency!

7 – When you get your runner’s bag you will be able to get a TMB transport ticket that you can use to go to the race, but make sure you arrive at the starting point with enough time in advance to avoid trouble.

8 – Make the most of all the services available to the runner: wardrobe, official app and chiromassage service and fruit, water and Electrolyte at the end of the race.

9 – Don’t break your running routine. As much as the Vueling Cursa Bombers Barcelona is a very important event in the calendar of all male and female runners, it is not good to innovate and try new things, be it food or clothing/footwear.

10 – Remember to stretch properly once you have finished the 10km. This will help you to better recover and relax your muscles after the effort.
