1. Arrive Early to the Cloakroom
The cloakroom opens at 7:00 AM. Arrive early to avoid long lines and crowds.
  2. Plan for Four Official Start Times
This edition features four start times: 8:50, 9:00, 9:04, and 9:10. Ensure you reach your designated locker well in advance, as access doors will close 15 minutes before each start.
  3. Secure Your Timing Chip
Attach your timing chip to your groin to ensure accurate race timing. Don’t forget to return the chip to the volunteers after finishing the race.
  4. Pace Yourself
Avoid starting too fast. Conserve your energy and aim for a steady pace throughout the race for optimal performance.
  5. Stay Hydrated
Drink water before, during, and after the race. Two refreshment stations will be available along the route to keep you hydrated.
  6. Rest is Key
Prioritize rest in the days leading up to the race. Overtraining close to race day won’t improve your performance. Consistency is the key to success.
  7. Use Your TMB Transport Ticket
Pick up a TMB transport ticket with your runner’s bag to easily travel to the race. Arrive at the starting point with plenty of time to spare.
  8. Take Advantage of Runner Services
Utilize the services provided, including the wardrobe, the official app, chiromassage, and post-race refreshments like fruit, water, and electrolytes.
  9. Stick to Your Routine
Avoid experimenting with new foods, clothing, or footwear on race day. Stick to what you know works best for you.
  10. Don’t Skip Post-Race Stretches
After completing the 10km race, stretch properly to help relax your muscles and speed up recovery.
