The Vueling Cursa Bombers Barcelona celebrates its 27th edition on 8 November!
The iconic 10K race returns with a route through the heart of Barcelona, race entries now open, and a strong commitment to supporting the community.
Every year, the event brings together thousands of runners alongside Barcelona’s Fire Brigade, making it one of the city’s biggest running celebrations.
Considered one of the most iconic mass-participation races on Spain’s running calendar, the Vueling Cursa Bombers Barcelona has become much more than just a race: it is a true tradition for running enthusiasts. With one of Barcelona’s fastest courses, the route will take thousands of participants past some of the city’s most iconic landmarks, including Avinguda del Paral·lel, Gran Via and the newly renovated Via Laietana, before finishing near Parc de la Ciutadella. It offers a unique experience for both runners looking to achieve a new personal best and those taking on the 10K distance for the first time.

Barcelona Fire Brigade
One of the event’s great symbols will continue to be the presence of the Barcelona Fire Brigade, whose values — effort, commitment, camaraderie, and the drive to improve — are an integral part of the race’s identity.
Under the motto “The Heart That Never Stops,” the race pays tribute to the tireless spirit of Barcelona’s firefighters and all the runners who never stop moving forward.
A race with a cause
The 2026 edition will once again support a charitable cause through its partnership with the Impulsa Foundation, an organisation that provides scholarships, mentoring and ongoing support to young people facing financial difficulties, helping them continue their education. In this way, every registration will also help open the door to new opportunities and brighter futures.
