Once registration has been completed, the amount paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

In the event of cancellation, postponement or a change of date due to force majeure, the organisers may offer alternatives,such as transferring the registration to the new date or to the next edition.

Yes. Participants who wish to do so may change the name or transfer the ownership of their race bib/chip through ourregistration platform, under the “Manage Your Registration” section, or via the following link:

No. Race bibs will not be distributed on race day under any circumstances.

You must bring your national ID card or passport and your registration confirmation. If you are unable to collect your race pack in person, someone else may collect it on your behalf by presenting a photocopy of your ID card and your registration confirmation.

Yes. You may collect another participant’s race bib by presenting their registration confirmation and a photocopy of their national ID card.

During event week, you will receive an email with your race bib number (please also check your spam folder). If youhave not received the email, you can find your race bib number through our app or by logging into your profile.

No. T-shirt sizes will be distributed on a strictly first-come, first-served basis, according to the order in which race bibs arecollected. The organisers cannot guarantee that all participants will receive their requested T-shirt size, as production takesplace before registration opens.

The race will feature an official timing system using a reusable electronic chip that must be attached to your running shoe.(The yellow Championchip is not valid.)

Yes. The organisers will provide a bag drop service for all participants duly registered for the Barcelona Firefighters’Race. The service will be available on race day from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., allowing participants to leave their personalbelongings before the start of the race and collect them once they have finished.

To get to the start/finish area, you can use the following public transport options: Metro lines L1 and L4, Rodalies commuter trains, and city buses.

Yes. The organisers will provide toilet facilities for participants in both the start and finish areas.

No. Shower facilities will not be available to participants after the race.

Yes. Participants will be assigned to different starting corrals based on their qualifying time or the estimated finish timeprovided during registration. Find out more here.

Yes. Simply log in to your registration using your booking reference and email address, then make the change.
Deadline: 19 October 2026.
You can always move to a later starting corral (one with a slower expected start time) than the one you originally selected.

Yes. Pacers will be available, identified by flags indicating the target finish times. Find out more here.

The organisers will provide a water station at approximately kilometre 5 and a refreshment station at the finish line.

Yes. All participants who cross the finish line will receive a Vueling Cursa Bombers Barcelona finisher’s medal.

Yes. Participants who wish to do so will be able to have their medals engraved with their official finish time aftercompleting the race, near the finish line.
