Can I get my registration money back if I decide to cancel it?
The organization offers the possibility of getting the registration fee back in case of not beeing able to attend the event, by contracting the optional Cancellation Insurance.
If you have contracted this service, you can request the cancellation of your registration until November 3rd 2024, 23:59h (Spanish time).
Any cancellation requested after this date will not be refunded.
Where can I pick-up my bib and race gear?
You will be able to collect your bib and race gear at the Decathlon store you selected during the registration process.

What chip is used and when is it collected?
This year we have a new chip and timekeeping technology. The rental of the chip is already included in your registration fee and you will receive it together with your bib and race gear. Please note that you will have to return the chip at the finish line to the staff that will be collecting them.
Is there a bag-drop service?
Yes. A space will be located in Passeig Lluis Companys and will open at 7 am. It is necessary to go with time in advance to avoid queues and crowds and to be ready in your box half an hour before the start of the race.

How to get to the start/finish?
The start and finish is in C( Pujades, near Passeig Lluís Companys.
Are there toilets?
Yes. There will be an area with different toilets in the departure/arrival area.
How many hydration stations are there? Where will they be located?
There will be a total of 2 hydration stations and they will be located at km 5 and at the finish line.
Will the start area be organized by waves?
Yes, the exit will be organized by waves and you have to go to the corral that corresponds to the time mark you have selected during the registration process.
Are there pacers?
There will be pacers of 37′ – 40′ – 45′ – 50′ – 55′ – 1h00′ – 1h05′ – 1h10′. They will be identified with banners according to the proposed rhythm.
