The Vueling Cursa Bombers Barcelona celebrates its 25th anniversary

• The commemorative shirt and the mobile application developed by NTT Data were presented this Monday.

The Vueling Cursa Bombers Barcelona reaches its 25th edition as strong as ever. This race, one of the most emblematic and unique in the city, celebrates the silver wedding this 2024, the best possible proof that it is already a day marked in the calendar of all runners in Barcelona

This Monday, the commemorative t-shirt for this 25th anniversary was presented, a design inspired by the official uniform of the city’s firefighters. For this reason, those attending the event have been invited to take a short tour wearing the uniform of the Fire Brigade, a training run led by Roger Roca, duathlon world champion in 2011 and sports director of the Vueling Cursa Bombers Barcelona.

As a novelty, this edition will feature the first official app of the Vueling Cursa Bombers Barcelona, ​​developed by the technological sponsor of the event, NTT Data. Users, whether participating in the race or not, will be able to check the times in real time or those of their friends and family. The app will also provide key information from the 10km race: traffic delays, news and results.
