The automotive company joins the 24th edition of the Vueling Cursa de Bombers as sponsor and official car of the fastest 10k in the city of Barcelona. The 24th edition of the race will be held on Sunday 22 October, where BYD will provide a sustainable fleet for the organization and official follow-up of the race. The bombers is one of the most emblematic races of the city of Barcelona, which recognizes the work and daily service of the firefighters of Barcelona and also promotes solidarity among participants by supporting causes through the platform migranodearena.
BYD joins the Vueling Cursa de Bombers to reinforce the sustainable commitment of the race. The automotive group started its activity as a battery manufacturer in 1995 and in 2003 made the leap to car manufacturing.
The automotive group, always focused on automotive electrification, currently has 5 marketable and 100% electric models.
