In compliance with the disclosure requirement set forth in Article 10 of Law 34\/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we hereby inform you that the company that owns cursabombers.barcelona (the \u201cSite\u201d) is RELAY EVENTS, S.L. - SPORT LIFE IBERICA, S.A. - PRENSA IBERICA 360, S.L., a temporary joint venture, Law 18\/82, of May 28, with registered office at Ronda General Mitre, No. 93, 3-1B, 08022 Barcelona, Spain (the \u201cSite Owner\u201d).<\/p>\n

2. Users<\/h3>\n

Accessing and\/or using the Site makes you a USER and implies your full acceptance, from the moment of your first access and\/or use, of the General Terms of Use of the Site set forth herein. These General Terms of Use for the Site apply to your browsing of the Site. Furthermore, if you subscribe to or purchase any of the goods and services offered on the Site online, such actions and contracts will be governed by the Terms and Conditions of Sale that we will provide in each case. <\/p>\n

3. Use of the Site<\/h3>\n

The Site provides Users with access to a wide variety of information, services, tools, programs, or data (the \u201cContent\u201d). The Content is the property of the Site Owner or its licensors and providers. <\/p>\n

In particular, the User agrees not to use the Site or the aforementioned services to (i) engage in activities that are unlawful, illegal, or contrary to good faith and public order; (ii) disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, xenophobic, pornographic-illegal, or that advocates terrorism or violates human rights; (iii) cause damage to the physical and logical systems of the Site Owner or third parties, or introduce, propagate, or disseminate computer viruses or any other physical or logical systems capable of causing the aforementioned damage; (iv) attempting to access and, where applicable, use the user accounts, email addresses, or social media profiles of other users or third parties, and\/or modifying or manipulating their messages. <\/p>\n

The Site Owner reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any User-generated content\u2014in particular, comments and posts in chats, discussion forums, or newsgroups\u2014that, in the Site Owner\u2019s judgment, may be considered an affront to human dignity, discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, harmful to minors, or a threat to public order or safety, or that, in the Site Owner\u2019s judgment, are otherwise unsuitable for publication. In any case, RELAY EVENTS, S.L. - SPORT LIFE IBERICA, S.A. - PRENSA IBERICA 360, S.L., a temporary joint venture, shall not be liable for opinions expressed by users through forums, chats, or other participatory tools. <\/p>\n

5. Data Protection<\/h3>\n

The Site Owner complies with applicable European and national laws at all times and ensures the proper use and processing of the User\u2019s personal data. Therefore, whenever the Site Owner obtains the User\u2019s consent to process personal data, the User will be informed in advance and in detail of the data to be processed, the legal basis and purposes of the processing, the identity and contact information of the data controller, the period during which the data will be processed or the criteria determining the duration of the processing, the rights of the User as the data subject and how to exercise them, as well as any other details required in each case by applicable law, always referring the User to the Site Owner\u2019s Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy. Consent for the processing of data will always be obtained through checkboxes that are unchecked by default (opt-in). <\/p>\n

Furthermore, in compliance with the provisions of Law 34\/2002 of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the User\u2019s consent will also be requested for any electronic transmission of commercial or advertising information.<\/p>\n

6. Intellectual and Industrial Property<\/h3>\n

The Site Owner, either on its own behalf or as a licensee or assignee, is the owner of all intellectual and industrial property rights in the Content and any other elements included on the Site (including, but not limited to, images, sound, audio, video, software, or text; trademarks or logos, color combinations, structure and design, selection of materials used, computer programs necessary for its operation, access, and use, etc.). All rights to the Content and any other elements included on the Site are expressly reserved by the Site Owner and its respective assignors or licensors. <\/p>\n

User-generated content is the property of each respective user. The inclusion of such content on the Site, its continued presence there, and its removal are the exclusive prerogatives of the Site Owner. Merely by posting User-generated content on the Site, the User does not acquire any right to have such content published, maintained, or removed from the Site. <\/p>\n

By the mere act of publishing User-generated content, the User grants the Site Owner a royalty-free, non-exclusive license\u2014which is freely transferable to any third party that succeeds the Site Owner\u2014with worldwide territorial scope, to publish and maintain or remove from the Site, once or multiple times, as the Site Owner deems appropriate, the User-generated content, regardless of whether such content meets the level of originality required to be protected by current intellectual property laws, both Spanish and international.<\/p>\n

Use of the Site does not confer upon the User any subjective right, power, discretionary right, expectation, or legal status with respect to the Site, the Content, or any other elements included therein, other than the mere act of browsing the Site.<\/p>\n

Pursuant to the provisions of Articles 8 and 32.1, second paragraph, of the Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution, and public communication\u2014including making the content available\u2014of all or part of the Site\u2019s Content for commercial purposes, in any format and by any technical means, without the prior, express, and written authorization of the Site Owner. <\/p>\n

The User agrees to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of the Site Owner and of the other holders of such rights with respect to the Site\u2019s Content. The User may view the elements of the Site and even print, copy, and store them on the hard drive of their computer or on any other physical medium, provided that such use is solely and exclusively for personal and private purposes. The User must refrain from deleting, altering, circumventing, or manipulating any protection mechanism, security system, or electronic rights management measure existing on the Site. <\/p>\n

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability<\/h3>\n

The Site Owner shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may result from browsing the Site and, in particular and without limiting other liability, errors or omissions in the Content, the unavailability of the Site, or the transmission of viruses or malicious or harmful programs in the Content, despite having taken the necessary technical measures to prevent such occurrences.<\/p>\n

8. Amendments<\/h3>\n

The Site Owner reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate to its Site without prior notice, and may change, remove, or add both the Content and services provided through the Site and the way in which they are presented or located on the Site, or even leave the Site completely devoid of any content.<\/p>\n

9. Use of Cookies<\/h3>\n

The Site Owner uses cookies to personalize and make browsing the Site as easy as possible, and to improve the User\u2019s experience on the Site. Cookies are associated solely with a User, their computer, and\/or the browser used by the User to access the Site.
